Arion Energy Services Limited - Our client, a reputable Shipping Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Export Documentation Officer

Location: Delta

Responsibilities

• Process document to shipping line, send pre-alert and inform schedule to customer as well as co-ordinate with all department, colleagues, and manager to improve KPI.
• Handle customer complaints and enquiries.
• Produce and control all required documents accurately and timely.
• Handle customer complaints and enquiries.
• Confirm accuracy of internal and external documents.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
• Experience in import and export shipping business is an advantage.
• 1 - 2 years experience post NYSC.
• Marine background or marine related courses is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, well-organized, self-initiated and good coordination skill.
• Must be resident around in Warri, Delta State.
