Job Title: Project Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Brief

• Coordinate and Supervise all types of short- and long-term projects, ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
• Performing various tasks such as risk management, administrative duties, project documentation and financial queries
• This role is designed to support end-to-end planning, design, build and of life experiences and events.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing and updating project administration documents, timelines, meeting notes, external contractor briefs, status reports and financial reports.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Break projects into doable actions and set deadlines.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Requirements

• First Degree in Architecture, Quantity Survey, Building Technology or other related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Supervisor
• Must be Tech Savvy
• Ability to multi-task across multi-faceted projects
• Able to adapt to change and respond positively when faced with new challenges
• Ability to multi-task across multi-faceted projects
• Good communication skills.
