SME Growth Hub - Our client, a fashion and clothing boutique is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Operations

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare/Collate financial records for the business on a periodic basis.
• Ensure completion of supporting documents for financial records for Receipts and Expenses.
• Inventory Management
• Responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the organization
• Onboard new staff, monitor and prepare payroll.

Qualifications

• A University Degree Or OND qualification in Accounting Management or Business related courses.
• 2 - 4 years of work experience.
• Must be able to use Inventory, Accounting, and Customer Database software.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have good accounting, business administration, and operations skills.
• The Operations Lead will be mostly focused on operating the business for sales growth and implementing stable projects.
• Must have great leadership skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Package.Particularly Excel.
• Must be detail-oriented. Good with impeccable record keeping.

Salary / Other Benefits

• N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
• Bonus
• Transport allowance
• Sales commission.
