Job Description

• The role holder will work as a team member in the Directorate of Programs and provide professional support in defining program requirements, strategy development, project management, program audit & quality assurance, managing alliances, and advocacy.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop programs that align with the organization’s vision and a corporate goal.
• Supervise and provide technical inputs for research and program development.
• Develop and manage the effective delivery of programs and their promotion & education to organizations, communities, and other groups.
• Collaborate with other Directorates on other program-led initiatives and ensure effective execution.
• Manage resources to ensure program objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations for each program
• Prepare periodic reports on programs’ status
• Effectively manage program database for decision support.

Person Specifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 - 8 years post qualification experience in a structured organization.
• Work experience in an NGO and in a similar role will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Packages: Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.
