UnoCasa Limited - Our client, a Facility Management Company, is seeking to engage the services of an energetic candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The ideal candidate would ensure the stadium is in a proper and fit state of readiness for events.
• The ideal candidate will manage all staff, resources and processes to ensure the smooth running of the Astro Soccer stadium.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the stadium, making sure the stadium is clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Managing and supervising maintenance staff, supervisors and stewards.
• Ensure all staff and clients adhere to the rules processes and procedures in operation at the Astroturf
• Allocate supervisors and stewards to timetabled activities and other duties required to ensure the stadium runs effectively
• Liaise with marketing/Head Office regarding on coming events
• Ensure supervisors and stewards are properly dressed at all times.
• Inspect entire facility on a daily basis, painstakingly identifying any defects, ensuring all equipment in proper working order.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position.
• B.Sc / BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Good analytical/critical thinking.
