Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Calling customers to follow up with loan repayment
• Managing customer status and repayments
• Computing outstanding balance on excel
• Daily reporting to supervisor
• have an Andriod Phone
• Escalating defaulting customers to supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Some banking related college courses preferred
• 0 to 2 years collection experience.
