The Position

• As an Engineering Manager, you will work closely with other managers within and outside the Engineering department to ensure quick identification and resolution of production issues while proactively creating early warning systems and real-time transaction monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process of issue resolution of all applications on live environment
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of all application technical documentation.
• Work with other teams to create a proactive monitoring and early alert system for monitoring downtimes and anomalies.
• In charge of ensuring minimum 99% uptime on all channels.

Requirements
Required:

• A minimum of 5 years development experience working with at least one of following technologies Java, NodeJS, AngularJS
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Experience with high-performance and high-availability open-source web technologies
• Experience with Cloud infrastructure services like AWS, Azure and GCS
• Knowledge of Docker, Docker swamp and Kubernetes
• Hands on experience working with AWS Fargate
• Experience in working in a CI/CD development environment.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of GIT
• Knowledge of gRPC services and Protobuf
• Knowledge of PHP and PHP frameworks.
