Job Title: Site Manager

Description

• The site manager will be responsible for all site activities, ensuring that all materials are planned and called off in accordance with the programme, or that all sub-contractors are coordinated and held accountable with weekly meetings. On top of this, the site manager will also be responsible for ensuring that regular quality inspections are carried out in accordance with the construction programme.
• A keen eye for detail will be ideal as the site manager will be required to review the programmes, plan, and analyse the findings and ensure any impact is assessed and adjusted to ensure the objective is met continually and thoroughly. The site manager will have great communication skills, needed for liaising with clients, contractors and other project team members when handing over completed units to Sales.

Responsibilities

• Support the day to day delivery of high quality interior design projects in accordance with organizational processes, programme, quality and cost expectations;
• Take ownership of the completion of projects from project inception through to handover to the sales team and the customer;
• Deputise for the Project Manager as and when necessary.
• Deliver projects safely and to time, cost, quality and sustainability targets, in line with company expectations and under the supervision of the project manager;
• Live the GW Values and represent the company professionally at all times;
• Ensure duties are carried out in line with GW Policies and Processes and company standards relating to Health, Safety, Environment best practices
• Successfully manage all project resources for assigned projects
• Technical understanding of the design and building process.
• Administrative management skills.
• Project planning and management skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering, Building, Quantity surveying or related field.
• Pratical experience for at least 3 years
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in Zoho projects, Microsoft projects, Microsoft Excel or similar software.
• Site management experience
