We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Officer (Digital Marketing)

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Digital and Marketing
Reports To: Digital and Marketing Head

Task Complexities

• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
• Fulfilment of all tasks set by marketing lead/ manager.
• Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
• Organising site visits and ensuring all sites are ready for photography and documentation
• Coordinating with the interior design team and photographer for the styled shoots
• Ensuring the social media calendar is closely followed and all content required submitted in time Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
• See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
• Constant communication with all vendors to ensure all documents and agreements are up to date

Education & Experience

• B.Sc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration or English Duties
• 1-3 years previous experience in a similar role

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a marketing officer or similar role
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach
