Job Title: Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Executive Assistant will work primarily with our founder-CEO to enact operational excellence.
• They will demonstrate an ability to lead with business judgment and discernment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out diary management and coordination of meetings and calls, often over several time zones, and changing diaries
• Organise business travel, including arranging visas, travel, accommodation and restaurants, entertainment as required
• Ensure all relevant materials including briefing packs are produced in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the Founder (and others she designates) always have the relevant material ahead of any meeting or trip
• Maintain birthday and significant event calendar and research, recommend and purchase gifts for family and friends
• Assist in planning and executing family events
• Work with accounting to track expenses
• Draft and dispatch reports, content, emails, agendas and minutes/records of meetings as required
• Coordinate, attend and take minutes for regular (every two weeks) update calls with the founder
• Observe a code of strictest confidentiality at all times
• Social media platform and email newsletter management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 5 years work experience.
• Entry level Experience.
• History of using technology as an enabler, with proficiency in applications including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Zoom, Google Calendar.
