Overview

• Our Company is looking for a smart, fast, confident, social and dynamic E-commerce Project Manager who is keen to roll up their sleeve and get involved in this new Project.
• This role requires the candidate to collaborate with different people in the Creative space, particularly in Graphics, Arts and Craft, & Printing department of the Company.
• The Project Manager will interface with Artists, Social Media Influencers, while developing strategic frameworks to launch the business and meet its goals.
• The candidate therefore will need to possess strong communication skills and a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the E-commerce sector viz a viz, the online retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand scope of project, define deliverables and task dependencies and communicate business needs to the stakeholders.
• Serve as key project contact; lead weekly internal and project status meetings.
• Write project specific documentation such as: Statements of Work, Creative Briefs, Estimates, Schedules, Post Project Reports, etc.
• Generate accurate written costings for projects, in consultation with other stakeholders.
• Create and enforce project schedules, ensuring deadlines and launch dates are met.
• Communicate effectively both internally and externally to set and manage project expectations.
• Effectively monitor and control changes and ensure the stakeholders understand the impact to project schedule and budget.
• Effectively prioritize project deliverables and assignments.
• Perform and coordinate finalization of project deliverables.
• Manage and oversee the organization's e-commerce business efforts.
• Head the planning and execution of the marketing strategies to promote services to online customers
• Conducting business to business transactions through an internet website
• Interact with the high officials on the design and implementation of website marketing plans
• Prepare and demonstrate presentations of various marketing strategies
• Cooperate with the web developers to make necessary changes on the website where & whennecessary
• Interview and recruit new marketing executives and educate them about the company policies.

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree
• At least two years work experience in similar role (covering key elements of this job)

• Knowledge of the E-commerce sector in Nigeria
• Proven success in application of social media for business use
• Knowledge of digital media tools.

Salary
N45,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
