We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Secretariat's studies, Business Administration, Office Technology and Management or similar position.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in similar role
• Good understanding of office administration and basic book keeping practice
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
• Only candidates who can use computer at a professional level will be considered.
• Applicants are expected to have a good knowledge of customer service management.
• She must have a good telephone etiquettes and understand the use of phone to attract customers for business.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 / month.
