Job Title: Senior, Strategy & Management Consulting Services

Location: Nigeria
Job type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Work in our Management Consulting and Business Performance Unit under Manager Supervision
• Understand and be able to manage and execute growth strategy, operating strategy and enterprise-wide transformation strategy.
• Lead and deliver client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative and efficient business solutions for middle market businesses.
• Work with the senior executives to develop and present our Advisory and Consulting offerings to the market.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a Master's Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Information System, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2-6 years relevant experience in an advisory firm in Africa
• Experience in Strategy formulation, business model, operating model development, Operation analysis and improvement and process design.
• Knowledge of People / human resources management and Organisation Design
• Strong analytical skill and hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills
• Highly detail oriented and excellent creativity.
