Job Title: Project Officer and Events Manager

Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Description

• Work closely with the operations manager to oversee and execute healthcare projects and planning of formal events for the company by ensuring project plans and documents crucial to the execution of each project are detailed in line with company’s goals and specified timelines for achievement of each project.
• Collaborate with the Finance and operations team in developing and analyzing budgets for the company’s healthcare projects and events
• Source for suitable venues by liaising with different suppliers to facilitate the planning of formal events and coordinate logistics for such events
• Maintain the company’s project and event calendars. Ensure management is updated with detailed periodic reports on the planning and progress of each project.
• Evaluate and forecast project requirements such as staffing and other resources needed for execution of each project and liaise with respective departments in acquiring those resources
• Identify trends and changes in the execution pattern of each project and inform management of such changes or adjustments on time so as to adopt an alternative model for project execution
• Provide input on resource planning and resource processing for project execution
• Manage, supervise and control multiple healthcare projects throughout the project life cycle.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences and other related field
• Prior experience in project management will be an advantage
