Our state of the art High Quality Cassava Flour Facility was completed in 2016 and is capable of producing 6,000 metric tons of flour per annum. In addition to producing cassava flour, we cultivate cassava on our a 1,850 acre farm to support our processing operations.

Job Title: Factory Worker (Male)

Job Description

• Factory workers operate machinery to manufacture different products, which can vary depending on the industry. Factory workers are responsible for a range of functions including processing, sorting, and packing the products, as well as operating the machines and monitoring the output to check it is in line with compliance standards.
• This job takes place in an industrial environment and is often shift-based, meaning workers can take on full or part-time roles depending on their needs.
• The ideal candidate for this job should be organized, reliable, able to work effectively as part of a team, and have stamina and dexterity. No specific academic qualifications are required for this role, but it is expected that workers will posses knowledge of the products being manufactured in the factory of work.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operating machinery.
• Sorting and packing products.
• Loading goods into crates ready for dispatch.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas.
• Maintaining quality control.
• Following health and safety procedures.

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

• No formal qualification is required.
• Although a High School Diploma or related qualification is desirable.
• Previous experience working in a similar role.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Must possess a team spirit.
• A good level of concentration.
• Physical stamina.

Salary
N25,000 monthly
