V2D Convergence is one of Africa’s fastest growing value added technology distributor, systems integration, custom installation and consulting companies situated in Lagos, Nigeria. We are specialists in sales, installation and integration of home automation, smart homes & custom install systems (audio, video, light distribution and controls), surveillance/security cameras systems, enterprise voice, wireless (wifi) and control systems. We provide training and support to home automation experts and system integrator.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive (IT / Automation / Bugler Alarm / CCTV, etc.)

Responsibilities

• To maintain and grow sales and gross margin for the product range in line with company budgets and strategic plans
• To manage sales of the company's products and services in defined geographical areas,
• Prospecting for new sales and opportunities,
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources,
• Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.

Requirements

• Qualifications: HND or B.Sc, in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Well, exposed to B2B and B2C marketing.
• Must have 2 - 4 years experience as Sales/Marketing officer.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with proficiency in English Language.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or social media.
• A team player with a high level of dedication.
• Strong social media skills.
