Our technology tool covers React, Vue, Note, Golang, PHP, Cloud platforms and a comprehensive range of other technologies from Microsoft, Amazon, Google and other web and mobile app development tooling providers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Intern Software Developer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Internship

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of project manager of factory Irisii, the duties of the intern software developer may include, but will not be limited to:

• Create, maintain, and implement the source code to develop web applications that meet the needs and requirements of the clients.
• Work with development teams and product and project manager to design and develop software solutions.
• Write custom HTML, PHP, CSS and JavaScript for existing websites and applications.
• Design, recommend and pitch improvements to new and existing features.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues on web-based systems.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture.
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
• Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
• Update and edit website content, posts and pages.
• Provide technical support related to web-based systems to internal teams.
• Test and give feedback on new and existing technologies.
• Create prototypes and experiment with new technologies and features as assigned.
• Work with scrum team to design and develop software solutions.
• Keeping up to date with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding web apps.

Requirements

• A Degree in Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Proficient knowledge of front-end languages / libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript,
• jQuery).
• Knowledge of OOP languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with MSSQL databases. Knowledge of other database systems (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL), XML and web services (SOAP, REST) is an added advantage.
• Attention to detail.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Desire to learn programming.
