We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cashier

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Will be responsible for processing card & cash payments, using a point of sale (POS) system for transactions as well as communicating with customers and assisting other members of staff.
• The ideal fit is one who is attentive to detail, customer-centric, and provides all services in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers
• Prepare receipts and collect payments, issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets
• Prepare sales reports
• Keep reports of all transactions and take inventory of all items supplied to the cafe bar
• Ascertain reorder levels and take charge of reorders
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information regarding payments and refunds
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND / NCE qualifications with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Female
• Must live within Ikoyi environs
• Experience in foodservice or retail and basic math skills
• Flexible work hours
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills.
