Job Description

• We are looking to hire a bartender and mixologist who can deliver exceptional services in the bar area.
• The ideal fit is one who is customer-centric, able to anticipate the needs of customers, and provides all services in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operations of the bar runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversee food and beverage preparations as well as prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks when necessary.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences in order to make recommendations
• Plan and present bar menu; mix ingredients to prepare drinks on the menu.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Perform cash-up procedures after every shift
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Maintain food safety and health safety to meet legal and company requirements
• Staying up-to-date with trends in the industry and suggest ways to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Applicants should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
• Must live within Ikoyi environs
• Endurance to walk and stand for long hours
• Flexible work hours
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills.
