• The Marketing Executive will primarily be responsible for client relations, property management, and the daily operations of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing a unique client culture through organizing client events and other activities
• Manage daily accounting for accounts payable and accounts receivable (training provided)
• Maintain the physical upkeep of the co-working space
• Driving financial results
• Work resourcefully with a budget
• Assist with local area marketing and networking both online and in-person to drive leads
• Assist with leasing office space
• Other duties as required for success

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proactive problem solving
• Can work well autonomously and within a team
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Effective prioritizing skills
• Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
• Can accurately type 60+ wpm
• Careful multi-tasker and deadline conscious.
