Summary

• TeamAce Limited is currently sourcing for Field Debt Recovery Officer on behalf of our client who is a Fintech business / solution that offers credit facilities to Merchants (MSMEs & SMEs) and Clients / Customers through a unique process built on Social Trust.

Job Brief

• Candidate will be responsible for providing support the organization with particular emphasis on the collection of outstanding loan repayments.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing the company debtor list.
• Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment.
• Negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Maintaining customer payment records.
• Executing warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
• Liaising with Police and/or other law enforcement agencies to Institute legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
• Responding to customer queries.

Requirements

• B.Sc or its equivalent from any related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in microfinance operations directly dealing with delinquent clients and other problem-solving situations.
• Apt in negotiating and persuading.
• Young, smart and hungry for achieving extraordinary results.
• Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• Excellent collaborator and team player.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
