Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced and talented UI/UX designer to design and shape high quality, user-friendly UI/UX for web and mobile apps.
• Successful applicants would be responsible for conceptualizing and creating attractive user interaction models that produce the best user experiences.
• He/she will be working directly with product managers, front-end developers, and other related stakeholders per time. There might also be minimal client interactions from time to time.
• This role requires high experience, initiative, and creative thinking in the field.
• Familiarity with trendy UI/UX development and prototyping tools as well as a deep knowledge of modern workflows to get the best results are also required.

Responsibilities

• Create, improve, and use wireframes/prototypes, style guides, process flows & use cases to create rich user interfaces and user experience designs
• Follow modern and standard UI/UX development approaches to create predictable results that resonate with the target users
• Adopt trendy UI/UX development industry tools to achieve the best results
• Conduct user research before the implementation of designs
• Effectively communicate your UI and interaction design ideas before and after implementation
• Test your design ideas and completed work with users
• Collaborate closely with product designers/managers and front-end developers to achieve project goals
• Be a great team player and be flexible enough for the good of the project when needed
• This is a remote job that can be done from anywhere.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
• At least 3 years proven experience and portfolio of outstanding product and UI/UX design work
• Understand and demonstrate a good understanding of modern UI/UX development approaches and tools, especially Figma.
• Ability to use multiple tools such as Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, InVision, Photoshop, etc. is a plus
• Understand and demonstrate the ability to intuitively create application wireframes, prototypes, mockups, process flows, etc. from project requirements documents and/or user stories
• Good communication skills with fluent English
• Ability to lead end-to-end user interaction development process on projects is a distinct advantage
• Ability to do core graphics work such as the design of logos, flyers, website banners, social media banners, etc. is an advantage but not compulsory
• Flexibility to provide enough revisions on work done until project goals are met.
