Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate all marketing and customer service activities to ensure that the departmental target is achieved.
• Develop Customer Service Strategy that meets the current trend in the logistic industry
• Increase customer conversion rates by minimizing negative customer experiences through scheduled journey management
• Design services and products to attract more customers.
• Prepare a Report of all information relating to customers, routes received and submit an implementation plan for approval.
• Select the most appropriate channel(s) for the promotion of the company’s services and ensuring the widest possible coverage at competitive prices.
• Ensure and maintain proper interaction and communication with branches to develop and maintain a coordinated marketing drive.
• Ensure the customers’ needs are met daily through proactive execution of the journey plan
• Proactively prevent customers dissatisfaction through prompt management of feedback
• Manage department to ensure the corporate goals are achieved

Candidate Profile

• B.Sc / HND from a recognized Tertiary Institution
• A self-motivated professional with at least 7 years post-qualification experience in marketing and customer service practice preferably in the FMCG markets, banking and transportation sector.
• Should not be more than 40 years of age.
• Very versatile in IT applications.
