Job Title: Security Access Controller - Admin

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Correctly and accurately populate the database with personnel details as per the software and management requirements as detailed by the Access Controller.
• Responsible for processing and provision of company and client ID cards to use with the security access control system with oversight by the Access Controller.
• Troubleshoot and rectify minor technical issues within the system, or if unable to do so, inform Access Controller and/or the Chief Information Officer.
• Provide oversight of the Guards on the operation of the system and deal with any practical access issues of company and client personnel with supervision by the Access Controller.
• Interface with pre-designated departments for the collation and distribution of data when required as detailed by the Access Controller.
• Must have a good understanding of the system capabilities for the programming and provision of additional zones and/or access points with the provision of guidance and instruction from the Access Controller.
• Ensure data integrity and security of the system in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure the system is providing optimum performance and conduct regular checks and database system back up, liaise as and when necessary with the Access Controller as determined by him.
• React quickly, efficiently and effectively to any emergency drills and protocols as laid down in SOPs’.E.g.: Lockdown, Area Musters, Failsafe (fire)etc.…with training and instruction from the Access Controller and Security Superintendent.
• Other related administrative and operational duties as required and designated by the Access Controller.
