Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

• Plan and execute all digital marketing function including SEO / SEM, Marketing Data Base, Email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, then plan and take advantage to help promote the brand
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Present a positive brand image by acting as a contact and brand face to a potential clients/customers
• Educate clients on range of products and services available. Offer support in identifying their needs and advise on adequate product and service packages
• Management of online leads
• Escalation of all customers concerns from digital platforms for resolution
• Maintain adequate database of all campaigns
• Follow up on client satisfaction survey / reports.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
