We are looking for qualified individuals to fill the position of:

Job Title: HVAC Technician (PLINTH)

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

• Assembles, installs, tests and maintains Heating Ventilating & Air-conditioning Equipment.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervision of the HVAC works till completion.
• Ensure that HVAC activities meet the technical specifications and good practice standards.
• Monitor the good implantation of the works
• Coordinating works between HVAC works and other trades
• Follow up of the HVAC performing tests, commissioning, hand-over snagging and de snagging control.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

• Complies with all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of project.
• Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of incidents and or accidents.
• Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.

Qualifications/Requirements and Experience

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in large building construction project.

Other Requirements:

• Marital Status: Single.
• Fluent in English Language (Speaking and writing).
• AGE: MINIMUM - 28 years old. MAXIMUM - 50 years old.

Working Condition:

• Hard worker and can work well under pressure.

Certifications:

• Anyone related to HVAC.
