Job Description

• Are you an experienced OTC Trading Operations Manager with insight into the world of Fintech? Someone who understands crypto and the blockchain space.
• Our client is looking to hire an OTC Trading Operations Manager with experience in the financial services industry, to join our exciting remote team.
• As an OTC Trading Operations Manager, you should provide excellent customer service, maintain the image and vision of the organization, and achieve the sales goals of the company. An outstanding trading operations manager should display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
As a OTC Trading Operations Manager, you'll need to:

• Identifying and reaching out to institutional client leads;
• Execute trades in close collaboration with the trading desk;
• Researching on market & competitor trends in the crypto institutional space;
• Drafting and closing client or partnership agreements;
• Proposing new crypto institutional offerings;
• Maintaining ongoing contact with institutional clients, keeping track of client feedback and recommending product improvements.
• Work closely in a cross-functional team environment coordinating with multiple team leads to utilize resources in delivering the OTC needs
• Work closely with Head of OTC operations to define and develop detailed product and business requirements
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested
• Influence product and technology strategy and direction (roadmap), and product and user experience decision-making
• Manage engagement with internal and external parties
• Evangelize the power of analytics and experimentation in building a data-driven organization
• Actively prioritize product backlog , pre planning, prioritization and user story mapping sessions
• Develop product documentation including specifications, wireframes, site-maps, and process flows.
• Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert management of changes to scope, timelines and resources.

Requirements

• 3 years experience working in asset management/ stock broking/ crypto
• Have to have an entrepreneurial mind
• Able to deal as a hybrid between manager and different divisions such as marketing, sales, customer support, compliance accounting
• A proactive results driven person.
• Able to work independently and execute tasks with intuition, based on broad instructions/ objectives from superiors.
• Able to help with day to day operations for their manager.
• Time-management and organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
• The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• An ability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with threats and at times of high demand.
