Our technology tool covers React, Vue, Node, Golang, PHP, Cloud platforms and a comprehensive range of other technologies from Microsoft, Amazon, Google and other web and mobile app development tooling providers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Intern

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the project manager at Factory Irisii, the duties of the Intern may include, but not be limited to:

• Assist the development teams and project manager to design and develop software solutions and assist in:
  • Designing, recommending and pitching improvements to new and existing features.
  • Troubleshooting issues on web-based systems.
  • Designing client-side and server-side architecture.
  • Building the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading software.
  • Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
  • Updating and editing website content, posts and pages.
  • Providing technical support related to web-based systems to internal teams.
  • Testing and giving feedback on new and existing technologies.
  • Creating prototypes and experiment with new technologies and features as assigned.
  • Work together with the scrum team to design and develop software solutions.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 3 years of work experience.
• Basic experience with frontend web development and/or frontend mobile app development using React and React Native.
• Basic experience with backend development using Node.js, Express is an added advantage
• Basic experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL and UML tools is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail
• Team spirit, strong communication skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Strong desire to expand programming skills.
