TeamAce Limited - Our client, a logistic firm who train, outsource and manage professional drivers is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment and Training Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day to day operation of all Go! Drivers
• Use multi channel approach to recruit and evaluate which sources bring best candidates
• Review and Interview applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirement
• Delivering and Overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
• Recommend and implement new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Monitor and review the progress of trainee and amend and revise training programs as necessary
• Liaise with the customer service representative to ensure the right candidate is matched to the right client
• Ensure the documentation of all potential and current drivers are up to date and organized.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrable experience as a training officer
• Proven track record of boosting company growth through training
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Strong desktop and in person research, presentation and reporting skills.

Salary
N75,000 - N85,000 / month.
