Anthrop Management - Our client, a group of companies with an interest in Asset Management, Property Development and manufacturing, based on the mainland in Lagos for the real estate arm of the company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Ojodu, Lagos

Reports to: Sales / Marketing Manager

Job Description

• To warmly receive, take prospective Buyers round the property site and respond to their enquiries
• To refer enquiries that cannot be satisfactorily handled to the office.
• To physically market property to prospective buyers
• To engage in various forms of online marketing of the property
• To keep an accurate record of interested buyers and do a consistent follow–up on them
• To render general advisory services to prospective buyers
• To ensure that the office and the environment is kept clean, decent and hygienic
• To do a report to the office of the marketing activities on a monthly basis.

Job Requirements

• Fresh HND / B.Sc graduates in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration holder
• 0 - 3 years of work experience.
• Not more than 25 years of age
• Preferably Female for Gender Balance
• Friendly, lively and amiable personality
• Possess good communication and writing skills
• Possess good computer and online marketing skills
• Living in Ojodu Berger, Ikeja, Ojota, Ketu, Ogudu and Mile 12 environs
• Availability at the workplace from Mondays to Saturdays and from 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Salary

• N600,000 - N1,200,000 per annum.
