CCLE Rubber FZE, a professional manufacturer of tyres and tubes for motorcycles, is located in Lekki Free Zone Developing Company, Lekki Coastal Road, Ibeju-Lekki L.G.A, Lagos, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Staff

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Keep good records of inquiries and orders.
• Sorting different documents for future checking.
• Communicate with the stable suppliers for regular supply, as well as the purchasing schedule.
• Provide necessary support to the purchasers out of office, such as contract draft or modification etc.
• Documents submission to the local customs and pick up customs officers.
• Complete other tasks assigned by department manager.

Qualifications

• Male, age no more than 30.
• College Degree, better with 3 years experience as office assistant.
• Capable of English communication and MS Office skills(excel, word).
• Strong team work spirit.
