This creates an opportunity for every offline retailer to scale their business and have as many as up to 500 branches countrywide allowing them to employ more people, sell more and create more impact within the communities.

Job Description
The Sales representatives are responsible for communicating the benefits of a company’s products to drive sales.
He/she provides information to individuals, groups, associations, and the public regarding the services of the digital shopping mall by responding to social media platforms, telephone, and app, written and in-person inquiries.
The representative sells virtual shopping malls of 5km radius; performs daily sales and financial reporting, performs duties in support of the Sales Lead and provides work direction as directed.
The sales representative will work closely with other sales representatives to follow up on leads, create sales plans, answer customer questions, and meet sales quota.
Duties and Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of a sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products. The duties are not limited to:
Sell product and services
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Keep abreast with best practices and promotional trends
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
Answer questions about the product
Continuously improve through feedback
Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Cancel or upgrade accounts
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales revenue and expense controls
Meeting planned sales goals

Handle changes in policies or service renewals

Qualifications
B.Sc / HND Marketing, Business Administration, and other closely related fields
2-3 years proven work experience as a sales representative
Experience in using CRM practices for sales force
Excellent knowledge of MS office
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Experience in customer relationship management
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

Ability to deal tactfully, patiently, and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds frequently under stressful circumstances.

Knowledge of handling and security procedures for cash and materials having monetary value.
Ability to accurately perform monetary transactions.
