Job Title: Human Resource Personnel

Job Description

• Responsible for the effective running of all administrative and human resource functions of the Company
• Manage  the recruitment, training, appraisal, promotion and severance processes
• Implement an approved training plan for staff
• Review personnel and staff policies
• Ensure that goal setting and performance appraisals are done on a timely basis
• Oversee and supervise the preparation of payroll processes and ensure that payroll taxes are correctly deducted and paid to the relevant tax authority on time
• Documentation and implementation of human resource policies
• Ensure that the compensation structure and reward system are competitive and motivational
• Ensure that the strategic human resource goals are achieved in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner
• Manage  the  performance appraisal process
• Ensure that goal setting and performance appraisal are done on a timely basis both for individuals as well as corporate goals
• Ensure that the strategic human resource goals are achieved in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner
• Plan, organize and provide leadership in all administrative functions
• Management of the office environment and ensuring it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all the company’s property/equipment
• Supervise acquisition, distribution and storage of supplies
• Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies

Qualifications

• First Degree or equivalent, at least one year experience in HR / Admin.
• Residing within Epe axis will be a great consideration or the staff will be accommodated within the farm.
