Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (Nigeria)

Job Summary

• We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinking and creative HRBP who likes to solve recruitment problems to join our HR team at Jiji.
• In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Line Managers in the areas of recruitment in order to achieve their departmental goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process through posting of job adverts, reviewing applicant resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, contacting applicants and updating all necessary information on the tracker.
• Assist in coordinating training meetings, team bonding activities and other HR projects.
• Provide prompt response and resolution, if possible, to employee requests and issues.
• Supervise the HR/ Recruitment Assistant.
• Provide regular reports as at when due on recruitment projects.
• Assist in employee onboarding and employee welfare.
• Assist with employee engagement activities that drives performance.
• Acquire new CVs and improve the quality of hires and number of hires.
• Every other activities assigned by your manager.

Profile

• HND / B.Sc Degree in relevant field.
• Job experience as a HRBP will give an added advantage.
• Critical thinking and strong ability to source for sales talents and an out of the box thinker.
• A good understanding of mass sourcing of sales / marketing candidates.
• Proficiency in different analytical tools especially excel / sheets.
