Job Title: Digital and Social Media Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Duties and Resoonsibilities
The duties and resoonsibilities of the Digital and Social Media Manager shall encompass the following:

• Overseeing interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms.
• Handlingsocial media, digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, graphics design and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Handling digital and social media management, ranging from Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and any other social media platforms owned by the company.
• Reporting directly to the supervisor and sharing monthly reports with supervisor for the purpose of measuring results.
• Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand, and coming up with new ideas and budgets to achieve digital marketing goals.
• Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.
• Attending to all queries and concerns raised by the companyand supervisor.
• Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
• Researching social media trends and informing management through the supervisor of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
• Obtaining verbal or written approval before any activity, engagement or posting is done for the company.
• Reporting and handling all comments, inquiries, complaints and concerns shared via any digital/social media platforms with regards to the company’s business professionally.
• Ensuringthat brand message is consistent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of website design and content management is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe.
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
• Must have incredible attention to detail.
• Full understanding of all social media platforms.
• Problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of content management systems.
