We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Line Quality Inspector ( Air conditioners / Refrigerators)

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

• Aim to ensure that the product or service an organization provides is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal quality requirements & enforcing systems, policies and procedures & to ensure all the systems & processes are in place & in order
• Devising and establishing company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications;
• Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
• Check all the line processes daily with check sheet and identify any issues of person, process, parts or the product and highlight to next level
• Ensuring that a check sheet is always carried handy while checking and proper filling of documents
• Check units in OQC room and cross checking if the product meets the specification
• Should be able enough to take initiatives for improvement
• Should carry the right attitude while carrying out quality check standards & be strict enough to stop Production if any issues found

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree with 3-4 years experience.
• Must have a thorough experience in Air conditioners & Chest Freezers assembling & sound knowledge of equipment’s used on the production lines
• Must be of background of similar industry.
