Job Description / Responsibilities

• Effective managing of the online learning portal to ensure a round the clock up-time
• Provide rapid support to any pupil having challenges with navigating the portal or accessing resources
• Ensure the timely upload of all academic work to the portal offline and online
• Ensure the timely upload of common entrance questions online
• Organize and promote National Online Academic competition
• Timely upload of library books, weekly CAT questions, and termly examination questions.
• Ensure the effective running of the weekend school
• Provide regular update and submission of Weekly Meeting Minute book
• Design lesson plans and follow all curriculum requirements provided by the school
• Assign homework, special projects, and reading assignments to pupils
• Encourage pupil’s participation and lead pupil’s discussions to keep them active and engaged in learning.
• Provide regular and timely feedback to pupils and assign grades to their work.
• Assess and monitor individual pupil performance to ensure they are keeping up with the curriculum and not falling behind the rest of the class.
• Constantly communicate with pupils and parents to provide progress reports and updates through online chat sessions and email.
• Track pupil’s attendance to online classes and report absentee pupils to parents or the school management
• Organize initiatives for online programs and identify trends in online learning
• Assess and analyze current online programs, and find ways to streamline and optimize processes
• Work with other departments to support instructors delivering online coursework from the planning to the assessment phase
• Work with school management to expand the reach of online programs and generate increasing enrollment numbers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 monthly.
