We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dealership Development Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Identifying and ensuring that walk-in prospects and telephonic enquiries are converted into customers, alongside regular interaction with current customers and build loyalty.
• Maintaining and updating regularly a computerized customer and prospect database.
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Product demo to customers.
• Order, payment collection, payment processing, confirmation and coordinate with logistics department for vehicle allocation.
• Coordinate with PDI and complete vehicle deliveries in time.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory/segment.
• Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, market conditions, competitive activities, and potential for new products

Requirements

• B.Sc in Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Automobile industry.
