We are looking to hire a visionary COO to oversee our company’s operational processes, and to ensure a superb customer experience.
The COO will optimize our company's operating capabilities, managing the various engineering departments, employ strategies to improve in company operational efficiency, maximize customer satisfaction, and manage engineering and marketing initiatives.
He will team up with management to implement business strategies.

Job Description
Strong ICT Product Research and Development skills and knowledge
Develop/Execute strategic objectives of the company
Oversee the operations of the company
Management of engineering departments and it functions
Interfacing between JTL and its customers
Ensure operational performance tracking
Achieve sales targets sets by the company
Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
Overseeing marketing and research initiatives and implementing better business practices.
Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable individuals
Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

Education and Experience
B.Sc. Electrical & Electronics Engineering, M.Sc., MBA as a minimum.
5 years of experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, and strategies.
At least 8 years post-graduation experience on the field
Experience in Oil and Gas upstream service sector
Professional certification is a plus
