Fazsion operates out of warehouses in Lagos, Germany, and London. We help our customers source, ship, and deliver their inventory needs to their doorstep end to end. We aim to make stocking up your store as easy as possible.

Description
Inventory Control Coordinator:

• Make sure companies have all the products, materials, equipment and supplies they need to operate efficiently in ways that are aligned to established policies and standards.
• They also oversee inventory management processes and resolve any issues that arise.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare and reconcile all daily cycle count processes and prepare reports within the timeframe.
• Maintain and update inventory on a regular basis and ensure accuracy of the same at all times.
• Coordinate with sales departments and provide inventory support at all times.
• Meeting supply chain objectives.
• Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies twice a year.
• Assessing and improving flows of supplies through companies.
• Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.
• Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory processes.
• Reporting to management.
• Coordinate with the planning group and analyze all new product launches and manage inventory for all ship items and prepare sales forecasts.
• Evaluate all inventory status and implement actions as required by the finance department on a regular basis.
• Monitor all inventory issues and ensure effective resolution for all.
• Evaluate all freight and ensure accuracy in the count and prepare discrepancy reports in case of any damage to the same.
• Prepare an audit schedule for all targets on an everyday basis.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and manage inventory for the organization.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in relevant field 
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience .
• Customer service experience.
• Word processing, database and spreadsheet knowledge.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
