Responsibilities include initiating, driving and implementing marketing initiatives to accelerate lead generation while also improving brand presence and product adoption.
Ability to craft the overall strategy for both paid and unpaid marketing platforms to meet the business goals of the organization.
This role is to create and deliver retention, re-activation and acquisition strategies to drive growth to this Omni-Channel business whilst delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Interact with customers online and offline ensuring there is a consistent brand message to increase the customer base and improve ROI.

Job Description
Ongoing data analysis, reporting and insights on existing Digital Marketing touchpoints for Fazsion, including reporting on data extracted through the areas of CRM, Membership Program, Google Analytics, Social Media and other consumer research sources.
Plan, develop and implement retention and acquisition programmes to achieve an Omni-Channel experience.
Manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliates and increase conversions/ ROI efficiently
Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports relevant to the respective channels of the business that capture key consumer insights and behavioral trends.
Working closely with the sales & customer service team to develop deeper understanding of customers and inform ongoing strategy regarding customer acquisition and retention.
Work closely with the wider Digital Team and familiarize themselves with inhouse reporting tools and platforms accessible to the brand.
Partner with the Social Media team to monitor consumer sentiment, engagement and other KPI's.
Utilize insights tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce and connect with the Consumer Insights team to track information and provide regular insight into brand performance, perception, and demand.
Provide analysis, reporting and insight to maximize customer lifecycle value (including insight work for key stakeholders in E-Commerce and Marketing).
Enable data visualization and translate findings into simple actionable insights.
Oversee development of database tools to improve reporting.
Use your analytical skills to contribute to enabling key decisions to be made within the Digital and Sales Marketing teams respective functions.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar
At least 3 years of experience working as a CRM business analyst, market researcher, data analyst or business analyst preferably in a B2B & B2C retail or ecommerce environment.
Strong analytical approach and no difficulty in manipulating large data sets.
Previous use of analytical systems and tools usage including: Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Tableau, AWS, AMS.
Ability to communicate insights to multiple stakeholders.
A deep understanding of consumer analytics, a passion for the consumer paired with a solid understanding of the high fashion apparel industry is essential for the position.
