Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other Executive Committee members.
• The personal Assistant will report directly to the Group Chief Operating Officer (C00)
• Personal Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.
• Personal Assistant will serve as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams
• Will organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversee special projects.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
• Candidate must stay on the Island, Lagos State
• Minimum of 7-8 years experience working as a personal assistant supporting C-Level executives.
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Must have topnotch Powerpoint presentation skill
• Must have team-oriented experience and approach.

Salary

• N350,000 monthly.
