Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Ilorin, Kwara

Background

• The Business Development Manager to drive the development and implementation of the Agency's strategic and tactical plans for customer acquisition, income generation, awareness creation, and the achievement of growth objectives.

Job Description

• Strategy & Planning - Propose, develop, lead and track efficient strategy for business development and marketing performance in line with defined goals of the KWHIA with presentation of monthly reports to the management.
• Business Development - Propose new business opportunities, manage and coordinate business development activities, develop sustainable business cases for the agency, and create proposals for new and existing partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• MBA or relevant Master's Degree would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of five years relevant experience in Business Development Extensive customer care experience and Operational excellence.
• Excellent self-management and leadership skill.
• Excellent communication skills, Detail-oriented, well organized, efficient with time management.
• Result oriented and ready meet and surpass target. to
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint MS Project)
• People intelligence - Ability to work collaboratively and constructively with a wide array of personalities, skill sets, and experience levels.
