Job Title: Junior Customer Service Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

• Generate weekly and monthly reports to management on the status of operations.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding station condition and merchandising standards
• Follow up with client orders to ensure they are delivered to clients promptly
• Deliver the highest level of professional service to customers
• Manage the flow of services and see to customer satisfaction from start to finish
• Maintain the cleanliness of the environment
• Record daily sales, receive and follow up on payment of all client
• Build processes that meet our business objective and ensure compliance
• Managing point-of-sale processes
• Actively involved in new site terms and purchase standard
• Keeping up to date with all site information
• Following all companies policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree with 1 year equivalent experience in real estate.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
