Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will develop excellent and innovative digital marketing strategies.
• He/she will be in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing- database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Identify trends, insights and optimize spend on performance based on the insights
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
• Plan, monitor and manage our social media platforms
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Create, implement new innovative strategies  for  business growth
• Plan campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends
• Develop techniques to drive traffic to the company page

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Business Management or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Creative ability with excellent analytical abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
