We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Techno-Commercial Engineer (Smart Meters)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• Providing STS Prepayment Electricity Meters reasonable solutions for different kind of customers.
• Leading the Process of Tendering and generating Compliance sheet.
• Responsible for STS Meter projects, starting from approving Specification list, until delivery and follow up.
• Co-operate with the technical and sales team to open a new markets for STS Meters through visits and solutions and providing samples

Key Responsibilities

• Reading tenders and specification lists required for Nigeria Markets and understand the solution required and complete compliance sheet.
• Testing Meter Samples w.r.t customer requirements and identify the deviations.
• Contacting R&D Deparment, Supplier and sales to cover all detecting deviations
• Assuring Samples to be delivered to Customer conformed with Specification lists.
• Supporting Customers through understanding their requirements, and providing them with reasonable solution for his market and assuring operation process is going smoothly.
• Preparing Documentations (manuals, presentations) and providing training if need.
• Follow up with customers and providing technical support if there is a need.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• 2 - 6 years of experience in studying and providing proposals of Electric Meters
• Good knowledge of Electric Meters products.
• Good experience in pricing, costing & risk assessment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English language written & spoken.
• Ability to learn new skills & assume new responsibilities while working cooperatively in a team.

Technical competencies:

• Good knowledge in Electrical engineering
• Good knowledge of Project Management
• Analytical thinking to solve customers problems and in finding reasonable solution
• Skill to manage Crises to handle pressure of project challenges.
