We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Techno-Commercial Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist sales team in attaining orders, through follow up and monitoring proposals with clients.
• Coordinate with other departments (production, design, purchasing) to deliver orders in time.
• Responsible for making any requested technical or financial amendments on the submitted quotations.
• Continuously update the form of technical quotation to be more competitive in the market.
• Continuously search for and evaluate the specifications of new product
• Contribute to the development of new market opportunities supporting other managers/ sales.
• Manage and collaborate with front end sales team.
• Preparation of technical and financial aspects of the offer indicating prices and trading conditions.
• Prepare the initial cost for the Bill of Materials and send to costing department to get the transformer total cost.
• Analyze and evaluate specific technical issues and associated risks.
• Provide technical support to Sales Managers.

Qualification & Skills

• BSc. in Electrical Engineering
• (2-6) years of experience in studying and providing proposals of LV/MV products
• Good knowledge of LV/MV products especially the transformers
• Good experience in pricing, costing & risk assessment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD & Elec. Design Software.
• Good command of English language written & spoken.
• Ability to learn new skills & assume new responsibilities while working cooperatively in a team.

Technical Competencies:

• Good understanding of the financial aspects of a tender components of the transformer, Design, risk assessment and root cause analysis
