Job Summary

• The Digital Sales Executive at NACK Apparel is expected to demonstrate excellent customer service and effective communication skills.

The following will be measured outcomes for the Digital Sales Executive:

• Initiate new and handle ongoing social media engagement with customers.
• Generate online sales lead
• Manage and fulfill website orders
• Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to clients.
• Manage physical inventory, merchandising and other retail activities
• Receive and prepare customers' orders for delivery.
• Manage delivery vendors and coordinate delivery of customer orders
• Raise requisition for items for restocking
• Manage after sales customer relationship
• Engage and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
• Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business
• Prepare and submit daily store report capturing sales, customer feedback
• Process customer transactions on QuickBooks POS
• Manage online sales vendor relationships
• Growing and expanding company social media presence on social media platforms including Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook,, Twitter
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
