Job Title: Bouncer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide adequate security and safety for patrons and staff.
• Greet customers and ensure every customer meets the eligibility criteria before granting entrance (access)
• Assessing and handling customer aggression, intoxication or non-compliance to establishment rules
• Monitor guest lists(for private events) and ensure that customers adhere to the establishment's specific dress code
• Prepare and submit routine and standardized security reports to management team

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Standard Physical body fitness with impeccable reflexes
• Security experience and familiarity with safety protocols
• Strong communication skills ( written and verbal)
• High professionalism
• Cleanliness and proper hygiene
• Strong observational and conflict management skills
• Crowd management and interpersonal skills.
