Job Title: Key Account Officer

Job Description

• Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
• Resolve key client issues and complaints
• Develop a complete understanding of key account needs
• Manage communications between key clients and internal teams
• Conduct strategic planning to improve client results
• Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
• Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
• Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management
• Expand relationships and bring in new clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
• Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a related field
• Previous work experience in Sales, Management, Key Account Management, or relevant experience
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Ability to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
• In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.
